John is manager of the BetterBricks Commercial Design and Construction program at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). He has been a project manager on market transformation programs in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors at NEEA since 1997 and has 30 years experience with development and implementation of energy-efficiency programs for buildings.
Elaine Miller, BetterBricks
Elaine is the marketing manager for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s BetterBricks initiative. Working closely with BetterBricks market managers and executives, Elaine leads the the strategic marketing direction for all facets of the program. She has more than 12 years experience in energy efficiency program management and has been with NEEA for 10 years.
Jeff Cole, Konstrukt
Jeff is the owner of Konstrukt, a green building consulting agency that specializes in energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable programs and products. Jeff has 30 years experience improving the performance of commercial buildings and developing renewable energy projects.
Naomi Cole, Konstrukt
Naomi is a consultant at Konstrukt. She brings an interdisciplinary background in architecture, environmental science and urban studies for a unique perspective on the interaction between the built and the natural, which informs her work advocating and creating sustainable urban environments.
